Ironstone sends only transactional and case-related SMS messages. We do not send promotional or marketing messages. Message types include:

How We Obtain Consent

Ironstone obtains express written or verbal consent prior to sending any SMS messages. Consent is collected through:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on case activity. You can expect to receive approximately 2–5 messages per active case. During periods of high activity (approaching deadlines, active negotiations), frequency may increase temporarily. We will not send messages outside of normal business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM local time).

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message we send — you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages

• Email us at ladarren@ironstoneassetholdings.com with your phone number and opt-out request

Opt-out requests are processed within one business day. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you provide new consent.
