SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Description
Ironstone Asset Holdings Inc. (“Ironstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with creditors, property owners, and prospective clients regarding distressed asset resolution services.
Message types include: case status updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, document and signature notifications, deadline alerts (auction dates, response windows), and responses to direct inquiries. We do not send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to your active case or inquiry.
2. Eligibility
By opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are not the account holder, you must obtain their authorization before providing their number.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ironstone by any of the following methods:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Contact form at ironstoneassetholdings.com/contact and submitting your information.
- Providing verbal consent during a live phone call with an Ironstone representative (all calls are recorded for compliance purposes).
- Responding affirmatively to an opt-in prompt sent by our team.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving our advisory services or any purchase.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on case activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. During periods of high activity (approaching deadlines, active negotiations), frequency may temporarily increase within this limit. Messages are sent only during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM in your local time zone).
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier plan and any applicable messaging rates. Ironstone Asset Holdings Inc. does not charge for SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To unsubscribe:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
- Call us at (877) 330-4730 and request removal from our SMS list.
- Email ladarren@ironstoneassetholdings.com with your phone number and opt-out request.
Opt-out requests are honored within one business day. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you provide new affirmative consent.
7. How to Get Help

8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other regional and smaller carriers. Carrier support and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary.
9. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to communicate with you about your case or inquiry. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ironstone Asset Holdings Inc. shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you as a result of receiving SMS messages.
11. Changes to These Terms
Ironstone reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
